As the bacteria are in large number Macrophage inform the messenger protein to send backup and neutrophils (a type of white blood cell that helps to heal damaged tissues and resolve infections) present in the blood travels to the damaged area. Neutrophils are very active they fight with the bacteria and also damages our good cells by trapping and making them inactive. During this process they are also damaged and they self-destroy themselves.

Virgin helper T cell are produced which collects the antibiotic genetic data and produces more Helper T cell by doubling their number within less time in which some are stored as Memory T Helper Cell so when same bacteria is attacked in our body releases the T cell are makes the situation under control in less time.

T cell sends the data to the Virgin B cell and B cell gets activated which duplicates itself into millions and releases lots of antibody which goes to fight with bacteria when all the bacteria are dead T cell informs all B cells for self-destroy to save energy of our body. These antibody defeats the bacteria and battle has been ended.

All the cell which takes part in this process goes for self-destroy to save the energy of our body but some Memory helper T cell and Memory B cell store the genetic data of the bacteria and when they enter in our body they releases antibody and defeats bacteria quickly.
